Refunds & Exchange
At Dudi, we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized 3D-printed products. However, we understand that issues may arise. Please read our Refunds & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refund Policy
Since most of our products are custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds. However, a refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- The item is significantly different from what was ordered.
- The product was lost in transit due to courier negligence.
Refund Process:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at with pictures of the issue.
- If approved, refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product or incorrect customization.
- The product arrived damaged due to shipping.
Exchange Process:
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Customers may be required to return the item (shipping costs may apply).
- A replacement will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made orders (unless defective or incorrect).
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Minor variations in color, texture, or size due to 3D printing limitations.
