Welcome to Dudi! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Terms

• These terms govern your use of Dudi’s website, products, and services.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information & Orders

• All 3D-printed products are custom-made, and slight variations in texture, size, or color may occur.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment (except for Cash on Delivery where applicable).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept payments via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
• Any additional taxes, duties, or shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Standard products: 3-7 business days
  • Custom orders: 5-10 business days
  • Bulk orders: Delivery time will be discussed upon order confirmation
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this, production begins, and cancellations will not be accepted.
• Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Custom-made products are non-refundable unless there is an error on our end.
• Exchanges are available for incorrect or damaged items within 3 days of delivery (subject to approval).

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including product designs, images, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Dudi.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Dudi is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products.
• Our products are for personal use only; we are not liable for improper handling or misuse.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
